We have a knowledgeable, experienced staff who are approachable, friendly and give expert advice covering all aspects about remote backup. If you have any questions or concerns, simply call the office on 01380 888088 or submit a ticket with the Helpdesk. Once registered with Oakford Backup and your account has been created, you will receive easy-to-use backup management software. The system will work immediately and you'll start to receive successful email confirmations of your backup once the initial seeding has been done. The system will notify your assigned email account of a Failed, Warning or more likely Successful backup. The Oakford team will also receive a copy.
